G.N.T are fabrication company based in Widnes, Cheshire. One of their products is a racing seat for use with home games consoles like the Sony Playstation 2 and Microsoft Xbox. As an option, G.N.T would supply a Logitech steering wheel.
We noticed that G.N.T were procuring full retail versions of these wheels from the usual online and retail suppliers. Instead we assisted G.N.T in forming a direct supply relationship with Logitech and instead including Logitech’s black label range of wheels. The savings vary depending on quantities ordered, but typically G.N.T were able to increase their profit on this product by up to £20 per unit. A significant and generous improvement for a small firm.
