Our WordPress User Guide is designed to take you through the basics of operating WordPress. It doesn’t cover installation, or installing plugins, but it covers editing, user administration and many other options. It’s free to download and use but can’t be redistributed (it’s not GPL or Creative Commons as yet) without our prior permission.
You should right-click (or whatever Mac users do - and yes, we do have a Mac, I just can’t remember as we hardly touch it) and select ’save-as’ on this link in order to save it to your favourite location.

I do some charity work which involved setting up CMS websites for them and i use wordpress as my chosen CMS.
Therefore, i would like to say thanks for your guide as i will add it to my emails along with my very basic guides on wordpress usage.
